The short version
PixelPress is a free tool that compresses images in your browser. Use it responsibly, keep your own backups, understand it is supported by advertising and provided without warranty, and do not misuse the service.
Using PixelPress
PixelPress is a free, browser-based image compression tool. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and only to compress images you own or have permission to process. The tool runs entirely in your browser; no image you select is uploaded to or stored on any server.
Informational purpose
PixelPress and its guides are provided for general informational purposes. They are not professional, legal, or technical advice.
Accuracy
Compression results depend on your device, browser, and the image you provide. We do not guarantee that results will meet any specific requirement.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the images you compress and for keeping your own copies of any original files. Always keep your own backups of important images.
Advertising
PixelPress is supported by advertising to remain free. Ads are presented as advertising and are not disguised as tool results. Advertising partners — including Google — may use cookies or similar technologies subject to your consent and their own policies.
External links
PixelPress may link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse PixelPress, including attempting to disrupt or overload the site, circumventing its features, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
PixelPress is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data.
